The heating pad area should not be submerged in water. You can gently wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or alcohol-based cleaners.

Feminieve products do not come with a warranty after 7 days of delivery.
However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 7-day replacement policy.
